    Description

    Philippines Banknote 1 Peso Circulated (Short Snorter).
    This is a heavily circulated victory note from the Philippines World War II era and contains many signatures. This note has tape scars on both right and left borders and was obviously part of a longer strip of notes which were taped together as part of the short snorter Souvenirs created by many GIs of World War II.
