    Description

    The Philippine 50 Piso banknote was released by the Central Bank of the Philippines in 1969. This replacement banknote has a combination of red and yellow colors. Featured on the obverse is Sergio Osmena who served as the fourth president of the country. The banknote’s obverse also depicts the bank seal. The reverse of the paper bill features the Gusaling Batasan or the Congress building. The note bears a segmented solid security thread and a watermark that shows Sergio Osmena. It is 160 x 66 mm in size and is in uncirculated condition.
