    Description

    This uncirculated 10 Philippine piso note is signed by Philippine President Corazon Aquino and Central Bank Governor J. Fernandez. It was issued by the Central Bank of the Philippines from 1985 to 1994. The note has a brown and red color scheme and dimensions of 160 mm x 66 mm. Its obverse side honors the “Brain of the Revolution” and the first Prime Minister of the Philippines, Apolinario Mabini, and his El Verdadero Decalogo, which became part of the first Philippine Constitution in Malolos. Its reverse side shows the Barasoain Church in Bulacan. Security features include a segmented solid security thread and a watermark of Apolinario Mabini.
