Marshall Earle Reid [1887 1955] was a prominent aviation pioneer and Early Bird who began his flying career in 1912. Reid owned a 1911 model Wright pusher airplane which was built by and purchased from the Wright Brothers. Reid was from New York and completed numerous first flights on Long Island, including
an
early mail run in 1912.
Listed for auction is the autograph of Marshall Earle Reid signed on a card. The autograph is signed
''Marshall E. Reid F.A.I. 114. [1912] Walter Bullock'' in black fountain pen. The card measures 3.50 x 5.00 inches and is in fine condition and will be
accompanied
